Agrega los jitomates, los chiles y d\u00e9jalos hasta que se suavicen. A\u00f1ade el tequila y deja que se evapore. Agrega el caldo y deja hervir 5 minutos m\u00e1s. Sazona con sal. Licua esta salsa y cuela. Salpimienta la carne y fr\u00edela con un chorrito de aceite adquiriendo el t\u00e9rmino deseado de cocido.
